Senior Project Manager

The Divested Employees Admin Analyst is an intermediate-advanced level position responsible for supporting the governance, monitoring, and control of Banamex user access to Citi global applications during the Transition Service Agreement (TSA) period. The role is responsible for extracting data from official sources to prepare reports and metrics on all Banamex access to global Citi applications, both within and outside the scope of the TSA. This role involves interacting with Global teams such as IAM, Information Security, and Application Managers, as well as local teams like the Banamex TSA office and Banamex users. The analyst is also responsible for the end-to-end follow-up and resolution of automatic alerts for unauthorized access. Additionally, this position oversees maintaining the central repository with all supporting documentation in compliance with corporate standards and TSA Mexico office guidelines, and preparing materials for review sessions, forums, CAP closures, and audit deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate and distribute periodic reports on the entitlements of Banamex users to global applications outside the TSA scope.
Download, process, and analyze daily alert reports, identify new hires, terminations, and user reactivations, and keeping records updated in SharePoint.
Address information requests from different teams regarding the number of users per application, both within and outside the TSA. Monitor key metrics related to access removal activities and unauthorized access remediation.
Operational Coordination and Support:
Coordinate with the Cybersecurity team for application reviews, manage the list of applications requiring user access removal activities, and obtain the necessary approvals from App Managers.
Actively participate in recurring meetings with the Banamex TSA team to track mass removals and be responsible for documenting action items and meeting minutes.
Investigate and follow up on special alert cases where a user cannot be removed, collaborating with Cybersecurity and TSA offices for resolution.
Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure timely execution of access remediation activities.
Process Improvement and Documentation:
Design, develop and enhance dashboards to monitor the progress of user removals managed through the alert treatment process, identify opportunities to improve reporting, monitoring, documentation, and operational processes. Create and maintain the central repository of supporting evidence in accordance with corporate standards and TSA guidelines.
Team Collaboration and Support:
Serve as backup for team members, providing support and ensuring continuity of critical processes and deliverables.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards.
Support audit requests, process reviews, and CAP closure activities through accurate documentation and evidence management.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in operations support, administration, or project coordination roles, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
Technical Skills:
Strong organizational, analytical, and document management skills.
Experience using collaboration and tracking tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, MS Project, or similar platforms.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
Knowledge in AI tools.
Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
Desirable: Familiarity with Transition Service Agreement (TSA) structures or divestiture environments, access management processes, or information security controls.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
