Responsibilities
Intake and processing of new contractor onboarding requests from various vendors employed by client, managing and providing timely status to requesters
Delivery of onboarding materials and post-delivery support of account set-up for newly onboarded contractors
Ownership of contractor extensions
Management of contractor tracking across Aurora and other programs
Coordination with DTS VMO (Vendor Management Office), Client managers, and vendor client leads
Ownership of access requests across IDM, GroupManager, and SAP ensuring contractors have required access
