Corporate Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of the company’s core financial operations and provide financial insights to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, financial reporting, expense and revenue monitoring, and maintaining accurate accounting records. The role will work closely with the leadership team to evaluate pricing, investments, cost structures, profitability, and other key business decisions.
The Finance Manager will also oversee taxation and regulatory compliance, coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and other financial advisors as required, and identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, reporting, and overall efficiency.
This is a hands-on role suited to a Chartered Accountant or finance professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven startup environment.
Own budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
Prepare and analyze monthly and periodic financial reports for leadership.
Track revenue, expenses, margins, profitability, and key financial metrics.
Develop financial dashboards and MIS reports to support business decisions.
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is strongly preferred.
Prior experience in a startup, technology company, online platform, or service-based business is preferred.
Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of financial operations.
