Role Description The Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Knya is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting hiring decisions across multiple functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop effective job postings, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. The recruiter will also manage candidate communication, ensure a positive candidate experience, and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Additionally, you will contribute to employer branding initiatives and help streamline recruitment processes and tools.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including Recruiting and Hiring across various roles.
Strong Interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidate fit, potential, and alignment with organizational values.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to build and manage candidate pipelines using ATS or recruitment platforms; familiarity with sourcing techniques on professional networks.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in retail, apparel, or consumer brands, is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
