About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Head who can independently manage the complete HR function of the organisation.
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on HR professional with experience in managing a small HR team and handling HR across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete HR function including HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll coordination, Compliance and Employee Relations
Lead and manage a small HR team of around 3–5 members
Manage manpower planning, recruitment and joining processes
Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exits
Drive KRA setting, performance reviews, appraisals and PMS
Manage employee engagement, retention and grievance handling
Ensure labour law, statutory and POSH compliance
Coordinate payroll and ensure accuracy of attendance and payroll inputs
Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs and processes
Manage HRMS, HR reports and HR dashboards
Identify HR gaps and implement processes to reduce dependency on management
Work closely with business heads on employee and people-related matters
Build a reliable and independent HR function
Candidate Requirements
8–10 years of overall HR experience
Minimum 3 years of experience leading an HR function/team
Strong end-to-end HR Generalist experience
Experience managing a team of approximately 3–5 HR professionals
Experience in a small or mid-sized organisation
Experience handling multi-location / multi-city operations
Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Recruitment, PMS, Payroll, Compliance and Employee Relations
Good understanding of HRMS and HR processes
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory
Strong communication, leadership, integrity and ownership
Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from other industries can also be considered if they have relevant small/mid-sized, multi-location HR leadership experience.
