Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the growth of PhysioPlus by assisting with outreach to physiotherapy clinics, hospitals, and individual practitioners, primarily in Jaipur. This internship role is on-site and involves helping execute marketing campaigns, promoting the clinic management suite, and engaging potential partners through calls, visits, and presentations. The intern will contribute to customer onboarding, provide basic product demonstrations, gather feedback from users, and assist in maintaining relationships with existing clients. Daily tasks may include supporting social media and local promotional activities, coordinating training sessions, and collaborating with senior team members on sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with physiotherapists, patients, and partner organizations.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and basic pipeline tracking.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to assist in product demonstrations and user education sessions.
Interest or background in healthcare, physiotherapy, or related fields is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or data entry systems) is an advantage.
