Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre Sales Solution Consultant role based in Bengaluru North. The role involves collaborating with sales teams to understand client needs, shaping solution approaches, and creating compelling proposals and presentations. The consultant will work closely with delivery and product teams to define solution architectures, estimate efforts, and ensure technical and functional alignment with customer requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting discovery workshops, analyzing business processes, preparing solution demos and proof-of-concepts, and responding to RFPs and RFIs. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of VDart Digital’s offerings and market trends, supporting sales enablement activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of presales assets and methodologies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess client requirements, interpret data, and translate business problems into solution opportunities.
Candidates should possess Consulting skills to conduct discovery sessions, advise on digital transformation strategies, and communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Presales skills to design solution narratives, build demos and proof-of-concepts, and create persuasive proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to collaborate effectively with account teams, support deal qualification, and contribute to pipeline growth and deal closure.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate presales activities, manage timelines and dependencies, and ensure high-quality deliverables for client engagements.
Experience with digital technologies such as AI/ML, GenAI, cloud, data analytics, integration, and mobility solutions is highly beneficial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a collaborative working style are required.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, and prior experience in IT services or digital solutions presales, are preferred.
