What We Are Looking For
We are primarily looking for someone who is used to working in hospitality as the position requires understanding of how operations work. You are good with people and have a positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
You are also comfortable with systems and administrative tasks and with managing a little team and keep them motivated.

The role…
Preparation of mise-en-place.
Keeping the work area neat and clean.
Picking up the indented items from the store.
Assist CDP and DCDP in day to day operations.
To prepare food according to standardized recipes and to keep areas and equipment clean.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
Storage of food and provisions.
Maintain quality & consistency.
Control wastage.
Effective utilisation of raw materials.
Coordinate and cooperate with F&B Service, Room Service, Purchase and Stores department.
Any other tasks assigned by Chef
