About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Finacle Developer – Loans & Customization Specialist with 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in Finacle development, customization, API integration, and Loan Module. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Finacle customization and experience handling complex production issues and L2 support.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Finacle customizations based on business and technical requirements.
Work extensively on Finacle Scripts, FI, Finacle Integrator, and Reports.
Design, develop, and maintain APIs and integrations for Finacle Loan Modules.
Provide technical expertise across the Finacle Loan Module architecture, lifecycle, and workflows.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Finacle technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and incidents.
Provide L2 application support for core banking operations.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Collaborate with functional, L1 support, integration, and business teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Support testing, deployment, and post-production validation of Finacle changes.
