About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive who has a genuine interest in the Stock Market, Trading, Investing, and Financial Markets and can confidently communicate with customers and convert leads into business.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the basics of the stock market and wants to build a career in Fintech & Financial Services Sales.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant financial products/services.
Generate leads and actively follow up with prospects.
Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
Explain stock-market-related products and services clearly and confidently.
Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Build strong and professional relationships with customers.
Stay updated with basic market trends and developments.
🎯 Requirements
0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, BFSI, Fintech, or Financial Services.
Strong knowledge of the Indian Stock Market is mandatory.
Candidates with NISM certification will be strongly preferred.
Candidates who have completed NISM Series VIII / XV / relevant NISM certifications are preferred.
Good understanding of Stocks, Trading, Investing, Mutual Funds, Technical Analysis, or Financial Markets.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
Ability to handle objections and close sales.
Freshers with strong stock-market knowledge and NISM certification are welcome to apply.
