Roles and Responsibilities
Call and interact with clients.
Understand clients’ visa requirements.
Explain visa procedures and documentation requirements.
Handle client queries professionally.
Follow up with clients and leads.
Collect and verify the required documents.
Coordinate with the visa-processing team.
Maintain client records and conduct regular follow-ups.
Provide excellent customer service.
Candidate Requirements
A minimum of one to two years of experience in the visa, immigration, travel or related industry is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and client-handling skills may also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong client-handling abilities.
Positive and professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
₹25,000–₹40,000 per month
Salary will be based on experience, skills and interview performance.
