・会議やアポイントメントの調整およびリマインダーの送信
・経費精算書の処理および適時の払い戻し手続き
・オフィス用品の在庫管理および発注 効率的な文書管理・ファイリングシステムの構築と運用 ・常に適切な機密保持と慎重な対応を徹底 チームビルディングや社内イベント等の企画・調整 出張関連の手配・調整（ビザ申請、出張費精算、予約手配など）
・取引先や社外来訪者との会議、会議室予約などのスケジュール調整
・ 人事関連業務におけるチームメンバーのサポート SharePointサイトの構築および保守・運用サポート 基本的なデータ集計
・取りまとめのサポート(AI支援)
・AIを使用しての業務削減support
