Role Description
We are looking for a Python Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in working across Python Development, Backend Development, APIs, Automation, Databases, Web Applications, Data Integration, and Software Engineering.
The Python Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, test, maintain, and improve Python-based software applications and digital solutions.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Python development, software engineering, backend development, application development, automation, web development, or related technology roles can apply.
Candidates currently working as Python Software Engineer, Python Developer, Backend Developer, Backend Engineer, Software Engineer, Application Developer, Django Developer, Flask Developer, FastAPI Developer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, manufacturing, logistics, or other industries are welcome.
Basic to good knowledge of Python programming and software-development fundamentals.
Familiarity with Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar Python frameworks will be beneficial.
Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, APIs, and backend-development concepts.
Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and system integration.
Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, SQLite, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be an advantage.
Exposure to Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Requests, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, Celery, or similar libraries will be beneficial depending on the project.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, testing, debugging, and software-development workflows will be an advantage.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, or DevOps tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of Linux, command-line tools, scripting, and application deployment will be an advantage.
Exposure to microservices, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery, or background-processing systems will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Knowledge of automation, data processing, machine learning, AI, or analytics using Python will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
Internship, Python project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance work, API project, automation project, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
Strong willingness to learn new Python, backend, cloud, database, automation, and software-development technologies.
