About the Role
We are hiring a OneTrust Integration Specialist
Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Gurugram, Pune
Work Model: Hybrid
Experience: 5–10 Years
Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Key Skills:
OneTrust Implementation, Design, and Technical expertise
Strong UCPM (Universal Consent & Preference Management) knowledge – Mandatory
Privacy Module experience – Mandatory
End-to-End OneTrust UCPM Implementation experience
Strong API Integration experience
Integration Architect profiles with OneTrust and UCPM experience are also eligible
Preferred Experience:
5+ years of OneTrust experience preferred
Candidates with 1–2 years of hands-on UCPM implementation on OneTrust can also be considered
Experience from Big 4 firms is preferred
Candidates from the OneTrust organization with strong implementation experience are also welcome
Compensation:
Salary deviations can be considered for strong and relevant candidates.
Job Description: OneTrust Integration Specialist (Summary)
Role Overview:
The OneTrust Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between the OneTrust platform and various enterprise systems. The role requires strong technical expertise in UCPM OneTrust modules, API development, middleware technologies, and workflow automation to support Privacy, IT Risk, and Third‑Party Risk Management functions.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands‑on experience with OneTrust platform (configuration, APIs, workflows).
Expertise in building REST API–based integrations and working with JSON/XML payloads.
Experience with middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Django frameworks, OutSystems, etc.).
Knowledge of risk management processes, data governance, and security controls.
Proficiency in automation, including workflow design and custom logic development.
Ability to perform integration testing, performance assessment, and troubleshooting.
Excellent documentation, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
