Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer – AI & Product
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Employment Type: Full Time
Work Setup: Monday to Friday- 1st & 3rd Saturdays are WFH
Shift Timing- 11 AM to 8 PM

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and user experience efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and user-friendly solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the UI/UX design strategy across digital products and ensure consistency with business and user goals.
Evaluate emerging AI design tools and methodologies and identify opportunities to integrate them into the design workflow.
Create and maintain documentation for design systems, components, UX patterns, and design guidelines.
Mentor and guide UI/UX designers and establish a strong design-review and feedback culture.
Establish and maintain UI/UX best practices, design principles, and scalable design systems across products.
Lead the complete design lifecycle from user research, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, usability testing, and final handoff.
Review and improve existing product interfaces based on user feedback, product metrics, and usability insights.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Business, AI, and Marketing teams to translate requirements into effective product experiences.
Take ownership of the overall quality and consistency of product designs across web and mobile platforms.
Identify opportunities to improve design workflows through AI, automation, and reusable design components.
Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, content generation, design analysis, and usability improvements.
Conduct regular design reviews and ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with product requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications (Personality/Attributes/ Traits):
Strong product thinking and business understanding.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to own end-to-end product design projects.
Strong knowledge of UX, UI, user journeys, interaction design, and usability.
Experience with design systems and scalable design.
Ability to mentor designers and provide feedback.
Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, Business, and AI teams.
Understanding of responsive web/mobile design.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
Knowledge of AI-powered design and productivity tools, such as:

Figma AI – AI-assisted design and ideation
ChatGPT – UX research, ideation, documentation, user stories, UX copy, and design analysis
Claude – PRD analysis, UX workflows, design requirements, and product thinking
Midjourney / Adobe Firefly – visual exploration and creative ideation
GitHub Copilot / AI coding tools – understanding AI-assisted frontend implementation
