Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition – Healthcare
Location: Devarabeesanahalli, Bengaluru
Department: Human Capital Management
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, medical, nursing, Paramedical and non-clinical positions.
Source candidates through professional networks.
Handle screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer and joining processes.
Develop talent pipelines for doctors, nurses and critical healthcare positions.
Coordinate with HODs and department heads for manpower requirements and timely vacancy closure.
Maintain recruitment MIS, HRIS and hiring dashboards.
Initiate & spearhead campus recruitment drives and employer branding activities.
Qualification: MSW, MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience: 6–8 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably with healthcare/hospital recruitment experience.
