About Role
We're looking for someone who can work directly with the founders to drive growth across our e-commerce business. This isn't a conventional E-commerce Manager role. It's for someone who enjoys solving business problems, loves numbers, understands e-commerce, and wants to help build one of India's fastest-growing beauty brands.
What You'll Do
Business & Growth Strategy
Work directly with the founders on strategic growth initiatives across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce.
Identify revenue opportunities and build plans to improve overall business performance.
Drive projects across multiple teams to ensure timely execution.
Monitor category trends, competition, pricing, and customer behaviour to recommend business actions.
Marketplace & Quick Commerce Management
Own relationships with platforms including Amazon, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart, Myntra, and others.
Drive business planning, growth initiatives, promotional calendars, and platform partnerships.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new products and launches across all platforms.
Oversee catalog health, content quality, pricing, inventory, and merchandising.
Business Operations
Track daily sales, revenue, profitability, and key business metrics.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and weekly/monthly business reviews.
Analyse SKU-level performance and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor inventory planning, stock availability, replenishment, and forecasting.
Understand and monitor P&L across channels.
Cross Functional Coordination
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, finance, operations, design, and performance teams.
Ensure launches happen smoothly across every platform.
Manage external marketplace account managers and agencies.
Drive projects end-to-end with complete ownership.
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has 3–6+ years of experience in D2C, FMCG, consumer brands, or beauty.
Has managed Amazon, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Flipkart, Myntra or similar platforms.
Is comfortable working with data, Excel, reports, and business dashboards.
Understands P&L, margins, inventory planning, forecasting, and business metrics.
Can independently manage multiple stakeholders.
Loves solving problems and taking ownership.
Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Thinks like an entrepreneur, not just an employee.
Bonus Points If You
Have scaled a D2C or beauty brand.
Have experience in quick commerce.
Understand marketplace advertising and performance marketing.
Have worked closely with founders or leadership teams.
