Role Description The Operations Executive will oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of EV charging projects and services.
This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi and involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring operational performance, and resolving issues promptly. The role includes tracking key operational metrics, assisting in process optimization, and supporting implementation of standard operating procedures. The Operations Executive will help manage documentation, compliance requirements, and operational reports, while contributing to resource planning and workflow efficiency. The position also requires close collaboration with customer support, technical teams, and management to maintain high service quality and operational reliability.
Qualifications
Strong operations and operations management skills, with experience in managing day-to-day business processes.
Analytical skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and support decision-making.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to use MS Office or similar tools for reporting, documentation, and data analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in energy, infrastructure, mobility, or related sectors is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram and coordinate with teams across locations.
