Role Description The Sr Executive Production role is a full-time, on-site position located in Vijayawada East, responsible for overseeing daily production activities in a sterile manufacturing environment. This role includes planning and scheduling production, monitoring line performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines. The Sr Executive Production will supervise staff, track production metrics, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure that quality, safety, and productivity targets are met. The position also involves preparing production reports, resolving operational issues, supporting audits, and contributing to training and development of production team members.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to organize workflows, optimize capacity, and meet output targets.
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to coordinate effectively with quality, maintenance, supply chain, and leadership teams.
Candidates should possess knowledge or experience in Food Technology or related process industries, with an understanding of hygiene, sterility, and regulated manufacturing environments.
Candidates should possess expertise in Quality Control to support compliance with GMP standards, documentation requirements, and product release criteria.
Relevant degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in pharmaceutical or parenteral manufacturing, including handling sterile production processes, is highly beneficial.
Ability to lead and mentor production staff, manage shift activities, and maintain a safe working environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with production documentation and basic computer applications.
