💼 What you’ll be responsible for:
📞 Speaking with potential customers and understanding their requirements
🎯 Connecting with qualified leads and explaining our products/services
🔄 Consistently following up with prospects throughout the sales cycle
🤝 Building relationships and addressing customer queries
💬 Handling objections and negotiating effectively
✅ Converting leads into successful sales
📊 Maintaining lead and follow-up records while working towards sales targets
👤 What we’re looking for:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in speaking with customers over calls
Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
A target-oriented and proactive approach
Good negotiation and objection-handling abilities
Previous experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / Business Development is preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are also welcome
📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 Experience: 0–5 years
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
