Human Resources Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Bangalore. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn and apply the knowledge of HR, and manage teams that work with a diverse range of clients.
Location: Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore
Stipend: INR 10000
Duration: 6 months
Work Mode: Work-from-Office
Monday to Friday | 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:
· Assisting end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination of interviews, following up with candidates).
· Supporting HR operations such as documentation, onboarding, and maintaining databases.
· Maintaining spreadsheets and prepare HR-related reports.
· Assisting employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
· Working closely and coordinate with HR team across different offices for day-to-day tasks.
· Interacting with different departments to assess and communicate employee needs.
Qualifications:
· Pursuing / Completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Management or related field.
· Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
· Good understanding of HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, etc.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite.
· Basic understanding of job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
· Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
· Eager to learn and gain practical knowledge.
