Job description:
1. Hands-on ServiceNow SecOps implementation — Proven experience implementing and configuring the ServiceNow Security Operations suite, with specific focus on Vulnerability Response module configuration and deployment. 2. CNAPP/CSPM & Scanner Integration — Demonstrated experience integrating CNAPP/CSPM solutions and vulnerability scanners (e.g., Qualys) with the ServiceNow SecOps module, including data ingestion, normalisation, and CMDB alignment. 3. ServiceNow Integration Mechanisms — Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow integration tools and methods, including Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, connectors, and mid-server configurations for cross-platform data flows. 4. Closed-Loop Remediation Workflow Design — Ability to design and configure assignment routing, SLA-driven remediation workflows, vulnerability grouping, prioritization, and automated task creation directed to the correct infrastructure and application teams. 5. KPI/SLA Reporting & Dashboards — Experience building dashboards and reporting views in ServiceNow, including export interfaces to external data warehouses for stakeholder and steering committee visibility. 6. Multi-Cloud & Multi-Vendor Environment — Comfortable operating in a multi-vendor (Wipro, Cognizant, CDC) and multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) delivery environment, coordinating across internal and external teams.

Profile description:
1. CTEM Framework Familiarity — Understanding of Continuous Threat and Exposure Management (CTEM) lifecycle phases (Scope, Discover, Prioritize, Validate, Mobilize) to ensure SecOps integrations support the exposure-management operating model. 2.Pentest Results Onboarding — Experience configuring ServiceNow workflows for ingesting and tracking penetration test findings alongside automated scanner results. 3.Phased Cloud Rollout Experience — Prior experience supporting a phased CNAPP/CSPM rollout across multiple cloud providers, starting with one platform and expanding scope incrementally. 4.Stakeholder Coordination — Strong communication and coordination skills for engaging with multiple internal and external teams during onboarding of disparate scanning methods into a standardised ServiceNow-based flow. 5. Data Normalisation & Standardisation — Experience transforming inconsistently reported security findings (via differing channels such as manual meetings, email, or disparate tools) into a standardised, automated SNOW-based tracking workflow.
