Job Description – Flutter + React Developer
Experience: 4–6 Years

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Flutter + React Developer with strong expertise in building high-performance cross-platform mobile applications and modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Flutter 3.x, React with TypeScript, state management frameworks, API integration, mobile security, performance optimization, and application monitoring. The candidate should be capable of delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter 3.x.
Develop responsive web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
Implement scalable application architecture using Flutter state management solutions such as Provider, BLoC, and Riverpod.
Integrate RESTful APIs using Dio and HTTP packages.
Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and battery efficiency.
Implement secure mobile application practices including SSL Pinning, secure storage, authentication, and encryption.
Develop and manage background services and background processing for mobile applications.
Monitor application health, crashes, and performance using industry-standard monitoring tools.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams.
Participate in code reviews and follow best coding standards and development practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application quality.
