Performance Marketer - Digital Marketing

Role Description The Performance Marketer – Digital Marketing will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Delhi and involves managing paid media campaigns (such as search, social, display, and remarketing), tracking performance metrics, and continuously improving ROI. Day-to-day tasks include keyword and audience research, developing ad creatives and landing pages with the creative team, setting up and monitoring campaigns, conducting A/B tests, and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions. The role will also involve collaboration with product, sales, and customer support teams to align campaign objectives with business goals and ensure consistent brand messaging. The Performance Marketer will prepare regular performance reports, identify growth opportunities, and recommend optimizations across the marketing funnel.
Qualifications
Strong performance marketing skills, including managing and optimizing paid search, paid social, display, and remarketing campaigns.
Proficiency in digital analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, tag managers, conversion tracking).
Experience with campaign planning, audience segmentation, keyword research, and data-driven budget allocation.
Ability to collaborate on ad copy, landing page optimization, and creative briefs to improve click-through and conversion rates.
Solid understanding of end-to-end digital marketing funnels, including lead generation, nurturing, and retention.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear insights and recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in consumer products or technology/robotics brands is an advantage.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus on ethical and transparent business practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
