QA Test Lead

We are seeking a QA Test Lead who can drive quality across the testing lifecycle, establish best practices, and lead testing initiatives with strong ownership and accountability.
Required Skills
Strong experience in API Testing (Manual & Automation).
Hands-on experience with Functional and Non-Functional Testing.
Strong SQL and database validation skills.
Experience managing and executing test automation scripts via GitHub.
Knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD practices.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end QA activities, including planning, execution, reporting, and release sign-off.
Own quality outcomes and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Design, execute, and automate API tests.
Plan and perform Non-Functional Testing (Performance, Load, Stress, and Scalability).
Validate application data using SQL queries and database testing techniques.
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts managed through GitHub.
Drive testing best practices, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor team members and provide technical leadership on testing strategies.
Collaborate with Product, Development, and Business teams to ensure quality delivery.
