Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and support the finance department. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and basic compliance work.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/Accounting software
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers
• Assist in GST calculations, returns, and tax-related work
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Maintain financial records and documentation properly
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts
• Support in audit and compliance work
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for financial matters
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation
• Good numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills
