o9 Demand Planning Consultant

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement o9 Demand Planning solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Configure forecasting models, demand planning workflows, and planning parameters within the o9 platform.
Develop and customize demand planning models based on client requirements.
Integrate o9 with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise applications.
Perform data validation, testing, and production deployment activities.
Support UAT, go-live, and hyper care activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Business, Functional, and Technical teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to demand planning.
Prepare functional design documents, user guides, and technical documentation.
Participate in client workshops and provide solution recommendations.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with o9 Demand Planning implementation.
Strong understanding of:

Statistical Forecasting
Demand Sensing
Forecast Accuracy
Consensus Planning
Demand Review Process
Experience with Supply Chain Planning concepts.
Knowledge of o9 Digital Brain Platform.
Experience in data modelling and planning workflows.
Strong SQL knowledge.
Experience with data integration using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP APO, SAP IBP, Oracle ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Knowledge of Agile methodology.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
