TCS is Hiring AIOps Transformation Leader

Experience: 12+
Job Requirements
• 12+ years in IT operations / SRE / service management, with proven experience leading AIOps or operations-transformation programmes at enterprise scale.
• Own and drive the end-to-end AIOps transformation roadmap and operating model, moving operations from reactive to predictive and proactive.
Define the AIOps journey across data ingestion → event correlation → prediction → automation → self-healing.
Establish AIOps policies, standards, guardrails and a governance forum that qualifies, prioritises and tracks automation/AIOps initiatives to measurable outcomes.
Integrate AIOps with core ITSM processes — Incident, Problem, Change, Release and CMDB — and embed AI outputs into production workflows, not standalone tools.
Drive observability strategy across metrics, logs, traces, events and service topology, with consistent telemetry standards and data quality.
Lead adoption of agentic and automation-first ways of working — auto-triage, enrichment, noise reduction, predictive alerting, and automated remediation with human-in-the-loop guardrails.
Target measurable improvements in MTTD, MTTR, incident volume, noise reduction, availability and cost efficiency.
Partner with SRE, platform, data, security and business teams; drive value realisation, reporting and organisational change management.
Ensure all automations are safe, observable, auditable, reversible and compliant with governance and access controls.
