Accounts Receivable Lead

We're looking for a highly driven Lead - Accounts Receivable professional to own and strengthen our AR function end-to-end. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about collections, process improvement, team mentoring, and driving operational excellence in a global finance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Own Accounts Receivable operations including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, aging analysis, and reporting
✅ Drive AR performance metrics such as DSO, CEI, Invoice Accuracy, and Dispute Resolution Rates
✅ Lead collections strategy and reduce outstanding receivables through structured follow-ups and escalations
✅ Mentor and develop team members while establishing accountability and best practices
✅ Identify and implement automation and process improvement initiatives
✅ Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance stakeholders globally
✅ Support month-end and year-end close activities
What We're Looking For:
✔ 7-10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections
✔ Strong experience managing AR KPIs including DSO and CEI
✔ Proven track record in process optimization and automation initiatives
✔ Experience working with US clients, US-based organizations, or multinational environments (Mandatory)
✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Experience leading or mentoring team members
✔ Understanding of revenue recognition and accounting fundamentals
Preferred:
➕ QuickBooks experience
➕ ERP systems exposure (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.)
➕ Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Managed Services, or recurring billing environments
