Job Description
The Sr Associate supports end‑to‑end order management, including order booking, contract updates, master data maintenance, delivery coordination, customer query resolution, and reporting. The role ensures accurate ERP updates, handles order‑related issues, works closely with Sales and Logistics teams, and maintains documentation for audit and compliance while driving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Order Processing & Contract Management
· Perform order booking, validation, and updates in ERP systems (Oracle EBS / Salesforce).
· Maintain and update customer contracts, including fixed and variable billing computations as per contract terms.
· Ensure accurate entry of customer master data, pricing, product details, and order information.
· Identify and resolve mismatches between customer purchase orders and system details.
Sales & Customer Support
· Act as a point of contact for Sales teams and customers for order status, contract queries, and billing clarifications.
· Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
· Capture logistics information, monitor shipment status, and communicate delivery updates to customers.
· Support resolution of customer disputes such as delayed shipments, damaged goods, or billing issues.
Reporting & Documentation
· Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports related to orders, billing, claims, and customer service performance.
· Maintain accurate documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
· Support MIS reporting using tools like Cognos, Power BI (good to have), and Excel.
Operational Excellence
· Track assigned orders daily and validate exceptions or discrepancies.
· Escalate process gaps, propose improvements, and contribute to efficiency initiatives.
· Ensure proper categorization and closure of customer tickets in systems like ServiceNow.

Qualifications – Minimum
· Any graduate.
· 2–4 years of experience in Order Management / Sales Support / Contract Management (adjust based on your organization’s norm).
· Working knowledge of Oracle EBS, Salesforce, and reporting tools like Excel; exposure to Cognos / Power BI preferred.
· Experience in customer communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.
