Role Description The Data Analytics Apprentice – Practical Industry Exposure role is an on-site internship based in Delhi, India. The apprentice will support data collection, cleaning, and organization activities related to production, distribution, and sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include performing basic data analysis, generating reports and dashboards, and assisting in identifying trends or anomalies that can inform business decisions. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and contributing to the documentation of data processes and findings. This internship is designed to provide practical, hands-on exposure to data analytics within a high-volume manufacturing and distribution environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Data Analytics and Analytical Skills to interpret business data and derive insights.
Candidates should possess Data Management and Data Analysis skills to handle, organize, and evaluate large datasets.
Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to structure data for reporting and decision-making.
Familiarity with spreadsheets and basic data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; exposure to SQL or BI tools is an advantage).
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to work accurately with numbers, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with operational and business teams.
