Role Description The Retention Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role involves closely engaging with users to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure they remain active and satisfied with Hobfit’s programs and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring user engagement metrics, conducting follow-ups via calls or messages, resolving issues, and coordinating with medical and coaching teams to deliver timely support. The Retention Specialist will also identify patterns in user behavior, propose retention strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear documentation of interactions are essential parts of the role.
Qualifications

Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, manage multiple conversations, and use CRM or customer support tools effectively.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, psychology, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills, resilience in handling challenging situations, and a collaborative working style are advantageous.
