ClassicHub is looking for a Performance Growth Manager who can own the complete digital growth function - from strategy and media planning to execution, optimisation, reporting, and team leadership.
Key responsibilities:
Build complete digital marketing and media strategies
Manage and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads
Oversee SEO, content, landing pages, and conversion funnels
Plan budgets, projections, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and scaling strategies
Analyse campaign performance and lead quality
Work closely with creative, content, SEO, CRM, and sales teams
Lead and mentor the performance marketing team
Present strategy, insights, and performance to clients
Build SOPs, dashboards, reporting, and optimisation systems
Be highly proficient with digital marketing, analytics, automation, and AI tools to improve speed, insights, and campaign performance
Preferred tools/skills:
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Search Console, Looker Studio, SEMrush/Ahrefs, CRM & automation tools, ChatGPT/AI tools, and reporting/analytics platforms.
We’re looking for someone who understands business outcomes - not just ad platforms. Agency and team-management experience preferred.
