Role Description
We are looking for a Software Engineer – Java for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in working across Java Development, Backend Development, Spring Boot, APIs, Microservices, Databases, Cloud, and Enterprise Applications.
The Software Engineer – Java will work closely with software, IT, data, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, test, maintain, and improve reliable Java-based software applications and backend systems.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Java development, software engineering, backend development, application development, web development, or related technology roles can apply.
Candidates currently working as Java Software Engineer, Java Developer, Software Engineer, Backend Developer, Backend Engineer, Application Developer, Spring Boot Developer, Full Stack Developer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, manufacturing, logistics, or other industries are welcome.
Basic to good knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming.
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, collections, exception handling, multithreading, and software-development fundamentals.
Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, or similar frameworks will be beneficial.
Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, web services, authentication, and system integration.
Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar relational databases will be an advantage.
Exposure to Microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, or messaging systems will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Familiarity with Maven, Gradle, Git, GitHub, version control, testing, and debugging will be beneficial.
Exposure to testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, or similar tools will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or DevOps tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of Linux, command-line tools, application servers, and deployment workflows will be an advantage.
Understanding of application security, database design, performance optimization, and scalable backend development will be beneficial.
Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
Internship, Java project, Spring Boot project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance work, API project, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
Strong willingness to learn new Java, backend, cloud, database, and software-development technologies.
