GTM, AI Data Partnerships - Frontier AI Labs
We are building a new healthcare AI data division focused on helping leading AI labs train, evaluate, and improve healthcare models using high-quality specialist human expertise.
We are have a network of verified doctors, nurses, pharmacists, medical coders, healthcare operators, and other domain experts who can create:
* Clinical reasoning datasets
* Model evaluations and preference data
* Expert critiques and gold-standard answers
* Healthcare benchmarks and rubrics
* Safety and adversarial evaluations
* Healthcare workflow and agent-training environments
* Custom post-training datasets for AI labs
We are looking for someone to build and own GTM for this business from the ground up.
You will identify the right AI labs and healthcare AI companies, find the teams actually buying expert data and evaluations, start conversations, develop pilots, and help turn those pilots into long-term programs.
What you’ll own:
* Build our target account and buyer map across frontier AI and healthcare AI
* Develop positioning, outbound strategy, and sales collateral
* Reach researchers, post-training teams, evals teams, human data leaders, and data partnerships teams
* Sell custom expert-data, evaluation, and training projects
* Design pilots around customer requirements
* Own the sales process from first outreach through commercial closure
* Build relationships with AI labs, data platforms, and healthcare AI companies
* Bring market feedback directly into what we build and which expert networks we develop
Who we’re looking for:
* Experience in AI, data, ML infrastructure, developer tools, technical B2B, or adjacent categories
* Strong outbound and relationship-building ability
* Comfortable selling to technical and research-led organizations
* Familiarity with post-training, evals, RLHF, preference data, human feedback, rubrics, or agent workflows is a major advantage
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* High ownership and willingness to build a new GTM motion from zero
* Comfortable working across India and US time zones
Experience with or selling into companies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google DeepMind, Meta, Microsoft, Scale AI, Turing, Mercor, Surge AI, Abridge, Ambience, Hippocratic AI, or similar companies would be highly relevant.
Location: India preferred, with significant US customer interaction. Open to exceptional candidates in the US.
This is an early GTM role with the opportunity to help build a new business connecting healthcare specialists with the companies training the next generation of AI.
