About the Role
We are looking for a Manager – Programmatic Sales to drive business growth through programmatic and digital advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through programmatic and digital advertising solutions.
- Build strong relationships with advertising agencies and direct clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into revenue.
- Pitch programmatic, DSP and digital media solutions.
- Manage client relationships, negotiations and deal closures.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years of experience in Programmatic / Ad-Tech / Digital Advertising Sales.
- Strong relationships with advertising agencies and/or direct brands.
- Good understanding of programmatic advertising and DSPs.
- Strong communication, pitching and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate business and achieve sales targets.
- TV + DSP experience will be an added advantage.
