Role Description
As our Purchase Executive, your role will be critical to ensuring the smooth and cost-effective procurement of materials required for our operations. You will play a key role in managing the purchasing process—from sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations to raising purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, tracking inventory requirements, and maintaining accurate procurement records. You will be responsible for ensuring that the right products are purchased at the right quality, quantity, price, and time, while supporting strong vendor relationships and operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to build strong procurement systems, develop vendor networks, and contribute directly to the company’s ability to operate efficiently and scale its business.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management, with experience in handling end-to-end purchasing cycles.
Proficiency in Procurement, including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and contract or terms management.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers and to document purchasing activities clearly.
Familiarity with inventory control, basic accounting related to purchases, and use of ERP or purchasing software.
Attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical ability, and capability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Prior experience in procurement or purchasing in F&B, retail, or manufacturing is preferred.
Graduate degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
