As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of daily activities.

Coordinate release management activities to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex incidents and minimize downtime.
Experience with application configuration and release management processes.
Familiarity with using APIs and low-code platforms to customize and integrate applications.
Ability to monitor system performance and implement corrective actions promptly.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Critical Incident Management.
This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
