About the Role
We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the stack, building scalable applications, and contributing to both technical architecture and user experience.
Strong expertise in React is critical for this role, you will be expected to build and own complex, high-performance front-end applications.
If you have a strong eye for design and an interest in UI/UX, that’s a significant plus - we value developers who think beyond code and care about how users interact with what they build.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications
Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance front-end applications using React
Architect reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Develop robust back-end services and APIs using Python
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and deliver features
Optimize applications for scalability, speed, and usability
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience in full stack development
Strong, production-level experience with React (non-negotiable)
Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals (closures, async programming, event loop, etc.)
Strong proficiency in Python for backend development
Experience with state management, component architecture, and performance optimization in React
Experience working with RESTful APIs and database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
Hands-on experience with Docker (containerization, local + deployment workflows)
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Understanding of web performance optimization and security best practices
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with backend frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
Ability to translate design wireframes into pixel-perfect, high-quality interfaces
Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
Basic understanding of accessibility standards and usability testing
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerization beyond basics)
