MERN Stack Developer Intern

Stipend: ₹10,000/month to ₹20,000/month

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly talented Development Lead to take charge of the development, and backend optimization of our next-generation AI-integrated eCommerce & social networking application. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the MERN stack and backend performance architecture, scalability, with strong leadership skills to guide a technical team from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee full-cycle development of the AI eCommerce social network & driver map application.
Architect and implement scalable, high-performance backend development.
Integrate AI and real-time data pipelines for intelligent user experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product design, UI/UX, and system integration.
Optimize backend architecture, performance, caching, and data flows, Redis, Typesense etc
Manage code reviews, deployments, and performance tuning.
Required Skills:
MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
WebSocket to connect the app and real-time system design.
Strong understanding of backend speed optimization and architecture design.
Server Management, AWS
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or related field.
Freshers
Proven ability to lead, organize, and prioritize development tasks effectively.
Nice to Have:
Experience with AI/ML model integration or API-driven AI workflows.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker), cloud deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
