As a Room Service Server, you’re not just delivering food and beverage orders – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Must be able to work any shifts as early as 5am and as late as 11pm
Must be available all holidays and weekends
Must have prior room service & or serving experience in a fast- pace environment
Must be able to work at a fast pace and have strong organizational skills
Have or obtain Washington State Mast permit and Food Handlers card
Must be on your feet standing & walking throughout the shift
Looking for someone outgoing and enjoys interacting with guests.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special
Prepare for seamless service: Set up room service trays and tables in advance for timely order delivery
Take guest orders: Assist with order-taking tasks and respond to room service phone calls
Deliver with care: Retrieve food and beverage orders and deliver to guest rooms or meeting rooms
Process transactions: Present checks to guests, collect payments, and return signed checks to the order taker
Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
