Social Media + Client Coordination Executive

We’re looking for a Social Media + Client Coordination Executive to join our team in Kolkata.
This isn't a role where you'll just schedule posts and update spreadsheets.
You'll be working between clients, creatives and content to make sure things actually get done.
What you'll be doing:
📱 Managing day-to-day social media execution
💬 Coordinating with clients for briefs, feedback and approvals
📅 Managing content calendars and posting schedules
✍️ Assisting with captions, content ideas and Reel concepts
🎥 Helping create/shoot content at our office when required
🎨 Coordinating with our graphic designers and video editors
📊 Tracking basic social media performance
🔥 Keeping up with trends and identifying ideas we can use for clients
✅ Following up on deliverables and making sure deadlines don't slip
Who we're looking for:
Someone who communicates well, is organised, understands social media, and most importantly, doesn't need to be reminded about every small thing.
You should be comfortable taking ownership, following up with people and figuring out smaller problems independently.
Experience: 0–2 years
Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine understanding of social media can apply too.
