We are looking for an experienced Procurement Delivery Leader with 10+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, and Enterprise Supply Chain Operations.
Note: We are specifically looking for candidates from the BPO/BPM/BPS industry with strong experience in Procurement and Strategic Sourcing. Candidates should have a proven track record of delivering cost savings, value realization, spend optimization, supplier negotiations, and procurement transformation initiatives. Experience in managing procurement delivery and driving measurable savings outcomes is highly preferred.
Key requirements:
✅Proven experience leading end-to-end procurement delivery and global teams
✅ Strong expertise in sourcing, RFx, negotiations, contracts, and supplier management
✅ Experience managing client governance, SLAs/KPIs, QBRs, and transformation initiatives
✅ Demonstrated track record of delivering savings, process improvements, and automation-led efficiencies
✅ Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
