Role Description The Management Information System Executive will manage and maintain MIS reports that support production, sales, inventory, and overall business performance. This full-time, on-site role in Madhavaram involves collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various departments, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to management. The executive will design and update information systems dashboards, track key performance indicators, and assist in decision-making through data-driven insights. The role also includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting the implementation of process improvements. THOROUGH GOOGLE SHEETS KNOWLEDGE IS A MUST.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills, including the ability to work with databases and reporting tools.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with different departments and present reports to management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting software, with familiarity in ERP or similar business systems, is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines are important for success in this role.
