The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Prior valet or driving experience
Ability to drive stick/manual shift vehicles
Able to formulate complexed parking and transportation logistics for large, high profile events
Ability to build and drive service culture in a face paced environment
Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience
Minimum of one (2) year managerial experience in a unionized environment
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Oversee parking garage operations: Manage all aspects of garage operations to ensure a safe and efficient guest experience
Ensure facility safety: Monitor garage and vehicle operations, manage maintenance needs, and uphold safety protocols to minimize liability and claims
Manage financial performance: Oversee department budget, billing, and cost control
Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner
Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
