CRM Executive
Location: Gurugram, India
Experience: Minimum 3 years in the solar industry
Salary: Up to 6 LPA
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho) to manage customer data and track interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Prepare and deliver presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate product offerings and services.
Analyze customer feedback and data to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Assist in the development and execution of customer retention strategies.
Provide training and support to customers on CRM software usage.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM roles, specifically within the solar industry.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
