Airaa is a creator marketing platform that runs UGC and campaign management for brands across TikTok, Instagram, X and YouTube. We work with a network of 50,000+ creators and currently support over 20 brand clients running campaigns through the platform. We're a small, early stage team, which means interns get real ownership from day one. you'll be working directly with the founders, not routed through layers of management.
Role Description
This is a remote Marketing Intern role focused on growing Airaa's brand, content, and creator network. You'll find and reach out to UGC creators, build relationships with them, and manage ongoing collaborations and communication. Alongside that, you'll write and create content for Airaa's own social media, research competitors and trends to spot new content opportunities, and support marketing campaigns, experiments, and growth initiatives as they come up. This role gives you hands on exposure across content, creator marketing, and growth, not just one narrow slice of it. Strong performers will be considered for a full time role after the internship.
Qualifications
Strong interest in social media, content, and digital marketing
Good written communication and a strong sense of what makes content interesting
Comfortable reaching out to creators and building relationships
Basic video/photo editing skills
Proactive, creative, and comfortable working independently
Genuine interest in startups, the creator economy, or AI
Content creation experience is a plus
Available for 3 months, full time; open to converting to a full-time role based on performance
Compensation: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
