Join the Hilton Waikoloa Village team as a M1 Mechanic. The property is located on the sunny, scenic Kohala Coast, our oceanfront resort offers a taste of the island life full of culture. The hotel sits on 62 acres, has 640+ hotel rooms and over 241,000 square feet of event space. If you enjoy hands on work and are passionate about providing safety and memorable experiences for guests, this is the role for you!
Schedule: Varies (union role) - AM PM Overnight scheduling will be based on seniority and hotel occupancy level.
Ideal Candidate:
5+ years Hotel/Building maintenance knowledge.
Expert with either HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing projects
Able to provide open, flexible scheduling (including weekends and holidays).

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Keep equipment running smoothly: Perform routine preventive and non-scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs of hotel machinery
Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest and team member work orders for equipment and machinery repairs
Document maintenance activities: Record completed repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
