We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, brand visibility and business growth across Gurugram.
🎯 What You'll Do
• Drive customer acquisition through online & offline channels
• Visit societies, RWAs, communities and local businesses
• Generate leads and convert them into bookings
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns & activations
• Build relationships with society managers, businesses & partners
• Support digital, referral, promotional & community campaigns
• Follow up with leads and customers
• Track leads, visits, conversions and campaign performance
• Gather customer/market insights and identify new opportunities
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Operations & Founder
• Take initiatives from idea → execution → results
🧠 What We're Looking For
• 0–3 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Growth
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction
• Target-oriented and proactive
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Basic understanding of digital & offline marketing
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong ownership and startup mindset
