App & Infra Reliability Engineer
We build AI-driven media technology — streaming infrastructure, content pipelines, and application tooling powered by LLMs and agent workflows. We need an all-rounder who moves fluidly across application code, infrastructure, and pipeline logic — not someone who owns one lane and hands off the rest.
This is not a pure infra or pure Ops role. You'll read and debug application code, own infrastructure, and step into pipeline feature work when core developers are focused on R&D — freeing them to build, while you keep everything else running and shipping cleanly.
What you'll do
· Own production reliability for AI-based media pipelines
· Read, debug, and patch application code when issues surface — not just restart services or check dashboards
· Step into pipeline engineering work- Ad /promo replacement, watermarking, inpainting — when core developers are stretched
· Set up monitoring for both AI pipeline health (latency, job failures, model/API errors) and standard infra metrics
· Review and harden R&D code before it goes live
· Write and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides
· Train the dev team on production practices for AI systems — model/prompt versioning, rollback, cost/latency tradeoffs
What we're looking for
· Genuine full-stack comfort — can read/debug application code (MERN, Python stack), not just configure infra
· Strong with Linux and Docker — comfortable managing containers and services at the OS level
· Infra/platform experience — cloud, Colo networking, streaming protocols (SRT or similar)
· Builder mindset — wants to understand why something failed, not just restart it
· Strong CI/CD, release management instincts
· True all-rounder — actively dislikes being boxed into one lane
· Has shipped something with an open source LLM/AI stack — not just used ChatGPT
· Comfortable working across different time zones
· Bonus: media/content pipeline exposure
